Terms of service

Company Heli Mäkiranta Design Oy (2922916-7 in Finnish trade register, VAT number FI29229167) sells products to private persons who are 18 years of age or older within Finland and the EU. All prices shown include VAT. We reserve the right to price and delivery cost changes.

You can order products in the web store by placing products in the shopping basket and paying for them in the web store’s checkout. After a successful order an order confirmation will be sent to your email.

All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact information given when placing the order is not used for anything else but delivery of the order and for resolving possible issues with the order. When ordering from our web store you are expected to have acquainted yourself and committed yourself to the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase.

Payment methods
Payments with Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard.

The payment service between vendors and consumers is offered by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. You as a consumer are not required to register or pay extra costs for using the payment service. All data transfer and money transactions are SSL secured meaning that no external party can see your personal information. Paytrail Oyj will show as the recipient of the payment.

Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839-7) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.

Klarna

We use Klarna as the provider of our payment. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the payment is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice

After a successful order an order confirmation will be sent to your email. To be able to receive order and payment confirmation emails you are required to fill in your email address when placing an order.

Shipping rates vary depending on the type of product you order and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping.

All prices are in Euros. Finnish VAT 24% is included in the prices. Outside of EU It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for their own country’s customs and taxes upon receiving goods.

Delivery time and price may vary depending on the location the products will be delivered to.

The products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer in the order. After the order has been processed and shipped we do not make any changes to the delivery address.

We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by force majeure or any damage due to delayed delivery.

If the order has been damaged during delivery, a complaint must be filed with the carrier company immediately.

You have a legal right according to the consumer protection law of Finland to exchange products or return your order or part of it within 14 days of receiving the order. The right of return is only applicable to unused, re-sellable products in their original packing.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The product must be returned immediately after cancellation and User will be responsible for the risk of damages.
